The Jungle Ranger will take you on a tour bringing to life the subject of rainforests. He will present interesting facts and stories about the environment, rainforests and the various animals encountered on the tour, as well as discuss the importance of conservation. In addition to having the chance to interact and Handle the Animals, children also receive a Junior ranger certificate at the end of the visit.. don't forget to stop and look at our gift corner, so you can take home a little something to remind you of your visit..

Allows 2 visitors
(You can bring additional visitors to your booking at £10 per visitor max of 5).
Payment of £30 is taken on booking, any additional visitor payments are taken on the day of your visit.)
Please Note:
Our schedule fills up rapidly, especially for birthday parties and private visits. The booking system permits reservations up to 70 days in advance. If you don't see any available dates, we suggest checking back in a few days as new sessions may become accessible.
Booking Fee:
We will now be taking the £30 booking fee when booking,
Any additional visitors on the day can be paid for on entrance.
The booking fee is non-refundable but is transferable, so if you need to reschedule a visit
we will do all we can to find you another available date as soon as possible.

I'm looking to book a visit for this week and your website is showing no availability?
Our spaces fill up very quickly, as we are a private experience. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot. If there is no availability for the week you are looking at, consider checking for alternative dates.

Can I just turn up and pay to come in?
Unfortunately not. We are a pre-booked experience, and all bookings must be made through our website in advance. This ensures that we can manage visitor numbers effectively and provide the best experience for all our guests.
Question 3:
I'm looking to book a visit for 3 months time, but the website is showing no availability?
Our booking system only allows you to book a limited time in advance. We recommend checking back on our website in a few days, as more dates may become available. Alternatively, you can contact us directly for further assistance.
Question 4:
I'm booking this visit for my child. Would I have to pay for the other visitors that come with us?
Yes, unfortunately. We are a self-funded rescue sanctuary that offers private visits. We request that every visitor entering the Jungle Hut pays admission, regardless of whether they hold or interact with the animals. This policy helps support our efforts in caring for the animals and maintaining the sanctuary. We assure you that everyone will have a unique and enjoyable experience during their visit.
Question 5:
I've booked a visit and paid the booking fee, but I can't seem to find where I pay for the additional visitors?
When booking, we only require the booking fee which covers for two visitors. Any additional visitors can be paid for on the day of your visit at the desk upon entrance. We accept both card payments and cash for the convenience of our guests. Rest assured, our staff will assist you with any additional payments and ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests.
