We only offer one private family and friends booking per one-hour session, ensuring an intimate experience.
This exclusive booking is available at a fixed rate of £30 (payable on booking), accommodating up to 2 visitors. Should you wish to include more guests, each additional visitor can be added for only £10 per person (children under 2 years old are complimentary and need not be counted in the extra visitor tally payable on the day of your visit) . Please remember to indicate your intention to include additional visitors in the designated field prior to finalising the booking form.

We politely ask that if you or a member of your family feel ill in any way that you DO NOT visit the jungle hut but please inform us and we can try and reschedule.

On arrival at the jungle hut please follow the guidelines on our signage on entrance. We have always worked on a PRE-BOOKING SYSTEM via our website as we cannot guarantee entrance otherwise.
For our booking requirements the name and contact details will be taken from the lead booker. This will be stored in line with GDPR and destroyed after 21 days.
Visitors will be checked in so that visitor numbers are monitored at all times.
All visitors are asked to sanitise their hands on entry to the jungle hut. Hand sanitiser stations have been placed on Entrance and around The Jungle Hut.

All of our beloved creatures are either rescued or re-homed and spoilt absolutely rotten!
WHAT IS A FAMILY AND FRIENDS PRIVATE VISIT?
Our private visits are for your family and friends.
EXAMPLE:
If you booked a visit for your family and you wanted your close friends or family members to enjoy the experience with you that's no problem, all we request is that you ad in the note box when booking your additional visitors to a maximum of 5 additional visitors so it will be a maximum of 7 visitors in total.
BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER: (Visitor Voucher tab)
The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can not be redeemed after expiry date.
Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the person/family named on the voucher on the day of the visit only.
Please bring the voucher with you on the day of your visit.
Vouchers are NON-TRANSFERABLE and cannot be exchanged for cash.
