Here is our Party package info for our Jungle Hut in Earlswood.

 

Our Animal Encounter Parties are designed to be incredibly interactive, fun and full of adventure! We hope that participants will learn lots of amazing facts about the animals they meet and will be inspired by nature whilst having a fantastic time! (Ages 4+)

 

Our parties are held as a Jungle Ranger led presentation, during which participants will be able to touch and hold and possibly feed a vast range of exotic species like cockroaches, millipedes, tarantula, tortoise, large monitor lizards, geckos, snakes and much more..

 

All parties booked have sole use of the Jungle Hut. All party packages also receive a free personalised electronic invitation that you can send to guests via email, Social media or print off. All guests also receive Ranger certificates at the end of the party.

 

Our 1 hour Junior Ranger package is £150 for a maximum of 10 children 

We can offer party bags at an additional cost (please ask for more details).

 

Our very popular 2 hour Junior Ranger party package is £280.

This includes the same as above as well as a children’s party food buffet (Sandwiches selection of toppings, with savoury, sweet items, and a mini fruit and veg tray )..

Or

For an additional £20 extra we now offer a selection of hot food options: Chicken Goujons, Fish Fingers, or Sausages, all served with chips and your choice of peas or beans. We’re excited to announce that these meals are now freshly prepared by the amazing Wave Café, located just across from the Jungle Hut. Upon arrival, we’ll take each child’s order, and the food will be cooked while the first part of the party is underway. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask for a list of the children’s names either on the day of the party or in advance.

All food is eaten with in the Jungle Hut.

This 2hour package is also for a maximum of 10 children (we can add an extra 2 children if need for an additional fee of £15 per child)

On both packages the birthday child also receives a professional illustrated jungle ranger birthday card and gift from us. 

 

The 2 hour package is very popular due to us supplying the full party package so all you would be required to arrange is the guests and birthday cake and candles and leave the rest up to us...

If your chosen date is available and you would like to book your party all we require for booking is a £30 non-refundable deposit for any of the packages, payable either through bank transfer or via the invoice link that will be sent to you on booking.  We will send you a link for the booking form which just needs completing and submitting back to us. We request that the final balance payment is paid a week before the party and we will send out an invoice link to your email address the week running up to your party date.

Due to limited space, our health and safety and fire regulations We can only allow a maximum of 10 children.

Due to the size of The Jungle hut, we host our parties as a drop off and pick up party.  We do explain with a little note at the bottom of our invites that this is a drop off and pick up party and that there is a lovely cafe facing that parents can grab a drink or a bite to eat while the party is in swing.
