Private Jungle Hut Visit

Service Description

We are only allow 1 Private group bookings per 1 hour session, This booking is a set price of £25 (pay on booking)and will allow up to 2 visitors, if you need to add extra visitors to this booking you can add extra visitors at a price of £5 per visitor (under 2 year olds are free and do not need to be added to the extra visitor number) Please add your required number of visitors in the Note box before completion of the booking form, if you forget to do this please don't worry as all additional visitor fees will be taken on the day of your visit. Booking fee is none refundable but we will do all we can to reschedule your visit for another date. If you need to cancel your booking Please read our cancellation policy when booking. Please Note; The craft centre has a large carpark now controlled by ANPR parking system, because you are booked to visit us you will NOT need to pay parking, so on entrance to the jungle hut the Ranger will enter your CAR REG details into the online parking system, this will give you 24hour free parking, All this will be explained by The Jungle Ranger..

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we ask if you could contact us via email or message as soon as possible so your slot can be taken by another booking.. *We request that all cancellations must be done via a written message. Please Note: *If you fail to inform us on your cancellation before your booking time slot and we have a NO-SHOW on the day your £25 booking fee will be lost, and we will be unable to reschedule another visit with this payment (unless it's been approved by one of The Jungle Hut team) Visitors to The Jungle Hut: *If you or a member of your family feel ill in any way on the day of your visit that you DO NOT visit the jungle hut but if you could inform us as soon as possible so we can open the session back up. We can then help reschedule booking for another day.
