These clubs are created to support learning about rainforests, conservation and exotic animals of the jungle age 6 +.

 

The Jungle Hut clubs provides home educated children an insightful and fun introduction and understanding of the importance of the exotic animals and their habitats. AGES 6+

 

The next session are now open for bookings.

With the summer holidays fast approaching, we’re unable to fit in a full 5-week term without creating a long gap before our new September sessions begin. 

 

Rather than leave a large break, we’ve decided to launch a meaningful short-term project that we’ve wanted to do for some time—but never felt it quite fit a full term format.

 

This special 2-week Home Ed term, “Jungle Connections,” will explore the lives of children living in remote rainforest communities and the vital role of conservation. The trust we’ll be supporting helps provide free education to these children, with the hope that not only will they learn how to live in harmony with the nature that surrounds them, but that some will grow up inspired to lead positive change in their communities and become guardians of their rainforest home.

 

Together, our Home ed students at The Jungle Hut will learn about these challenges and take part in a heart-led project—creating care packages and their own heart felt card to the children to send messages of support across the globe. It’s a creative, compassionate, and eye-opening term that builds empathy, global awareness, and a deeper understanding of the power of connection and conservation.

All our sessions involve hands-on interaction with our animal ambassadors (including snakes, lizards, monitors and amphibians) under the careful supervision of our dedicated Jungle Hut team.

with each session lasting 1hr 30 minutes.

Sessions are priced at £9 each child which includes all educational materials, Completed that will be presented to each child at the end of the 5 weeks with their work in, and food and drinks on the last session for our traditional party and presentation session.

 

Sessions are to be paid in advance (2 x £9 = £18per child)

Payment is non-refundable unless cancelled by The Jungle Hut .

This is recommended as a Drop off and Pick up session 

We ask that our session are a drop off and pick up, as we require the full use of the jungle hut for our term,  you are more than welcome to get a rest and enjoy an hour and half with a coffee and a cake over in the Wave cafe facing the jungle hut, but if not there is some lovely places to visit while the session is in swing.

 

During the session there is other lovely places to visit just walking distance from the jungle hut..

The Earlswood Lakes: Enjoy this 6.8-km circular trail just over from The Jungle Hut. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 46 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, fishing, and hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring.

​

The Red Lion Pub: Traditional inn offering a relaxed atmosphere for classic pub fare, cask ales and wines, plus fires. A DOG FRIENDLY PUB.
