Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we ask if you could contact us via email or message as soon as possible so your slot can be taken by another booking.. *We request that all cancellations must be done via a written message. *All booking information provided is accurate at the time of booking. While we make every effort to deliver sessions as planned, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative dates or arrangements will be offered wherever possible. Please Note: *If you fail to inform us on your cancellation before your booking time slot and we have a NO-SHOW on the day your £40 booking fee will be lost, and we will be unable to reschedule another visit with this payment (unless it's been approved by one of The Jungle Hut team) Visitors to The Jungle Hut: *If you or a member of your family feel ill in any way on the day of your visit that you DO NOT visit the jungle hut but if you could inform us as soon as possible so we can open the session back up. We can then help reschedule booking for another day.
