Unique Jungle Hut experience

Service Description

Due to cancelation at Christmas come and celebrate the new year with us at The Jungle Hut!  Come along and have a very unique and one of a kind Experience! Join The Jungle Ranger at The Jungle Hut, and get to meet and handle his his beautiful animals. Enjoy our Sustainable palm oil selected treats and a drink while we play a short video about our special guest.....a truly unique experience... Meet the UK's first Animatronic Orangutan - Louie!  Louie loves interaction!!  All children will also receive a gift and a Louie booklet from Louie and the animals 🦧 This is very different, unique and memorable experience! Sessions are: Friday 5pm til 6.30pm Sunday 5pm til 6.30pm Please Note: This is not a private session but we only have a maximum of 2 families per session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we ask if you could contact us via email or message as soon as possible so your slot can be taken by another booking.. *We request that all cancellations must be done via a written message. Please Note: *If you fail to inform us on your cancellation before your booking time slot and we have a NO-SHOW on the day your £25 booking fee will be lost, and we will be unable to reschedule another visit with this payment (unless it's been approved by one of The Jungle Hut team) Visitors to The Jungle Hut: *If you or a member of your family feel ill in any way on the day of your visit that you DO NOT visit the jungle hut but if you could inform us as soon as possible so we can open the session back up. We can then help reschedule booking for another day.
